Nectara’s DEI council is part of our commitment to creating safer and more inclusive spaces for our community. The role of the council is to help guide us, provide feedback, and to create resources and training for our team, guides, and community.

Prioritized consideration to applicants with lived experience or who personally identify as BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, a person with a disability, New Canadian or American/Immigrant/Refugee, or Elder.

Time commitment

Biweekly DEI Council meetings (4 hrs/month)

Volunteer time outside meetings 2-4 hrs/month

One-year commitment.
